Heart attack is the leading cause of death for every race in the United States, across the board. Using powerful drugs just mask and do not resolve health problems. Realistically, apart from exercising, keeping chronic stress under control, sleeping well, keeping salt levels in your food low and avoiding eating McDonalds everyday, what can you do for your heart health? Plenty.
My name is William Jiang, MLS and I am a former Columbia University Medical Library Chief, and I have written books such as Natural Weight Loss and Diabetes Control: The Medical Librarian’s Annotated Guide, Guide to Natural Mental Health: Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, Schizophrenia, and Digital Addiction: Nutrition, and Complementary Therapies, Guide to Natural Intelligence Enhancement: The Medical Librarian's Annotated Guide, and I’m coming out with a heart and brain healthy cookbook soon. The point of mentioning that I have written these books as well as fifty more titles is that mind and body are linked with feelings of wellness and even intelligence or lack of it. Garbage in, garbage out, as the saying goes.
Enumerated in this Kindle mini-book are six really easy interventions to drastically improve heart and circulatory health with a minimum of effort.
